Construction Superintendent
Leading commercial general contractor in Raleigh is hiring a Superintendent to maintain responsibility for ensuring successful project execution from beginning to completion. Responsibilities include:
- Periodic estimating and budgeting
- Creative problem resolution
- Project scheduling
- Communication with project stakeholders
- Managing project financials
- Subcontractor and supplies negotiation and contracting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related
- 10+ years of superintendent experience
- Experience with retail, hospitality, office, industrial
- Experience with 8MM+ construction project size
- Ground up construction experience required
