Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe, organized, and efficient. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
  • Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
  • Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
  • Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Support skilled tradespeople in various tasks such as framing, roofing, or concrete work.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
  • Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
