What you will do:
  • Inspire, motivate, and enable personal & career development for your sales team
  • Develop strategies to help the team move deals down the funnel
  • Work with reps to understand how to properly forecast their pipeline on a weekly basis
  • Enable the sales team to close deals faster by implementing resources
  • Provide onboarding and continuous training for sales reps to help them meet their individual goals
  • Identify, interview, and hire Commercial AE's to continually level up and grow the team
  • Work closely with the marketing team to improve the volume and quality of meetings
