Position Overviewย 
The Site Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring our roofing and siding installations run smoothly from start to finish. This position involves overseeing job sites, supporting installation crews, ensuring quality control, and communicating with homeowners throughout the project.ย

Responsibilitiesย 
  • Supervise roofing and siding installation projects to ensure work meets company quality and safety standardsย 
  • Verify delivered materials for quality and accuracyย 
  • Pick up and transport materials as needed to support job sitesย 
  • Set up job-site protection to protect the customerโ€™s home and property during installationย 
  • Oversee job-site cleanup, including using magnet rakes to collect nails and debrisย 
  • Conduct final walkthroughs with customers and document any punch-out itemsย 
  • Communicate with customers throughout the installation processย
