Job description

Commercial Construction Sales Representative

Lead generation and account management for Commercial Work in the Raleigh/Durham/ Wake County area for new small commercial buildings, new tenant fit-ups, restaurant, hair salons, office, warehouse/storage and any commercial projects ranging from $100K to $2M. 3-5 years' experience in commercial construction sales and or Commercial Real Estate preferred. Design/Build Projects welcomed.

Salary, Commissions and Car Allowance (On Target Earnings $130,000 to $150,000)
