โ€ข Represent Total-Western's capabilities with professionalism and credibility

โ€ข Influence commercial strategy and market positioning
โ€ข Have autonomy, visibility, and real impact on company growth
โ€ข Be trusted, supported, and valued as a business partner
Who You Are
We care more about how you think, how you show up, and how you build relationships than a specific sales title.
โ€ข You understand how industrial environments work
โ€ข You know how to speak to both executives and operational leaders
โ€ข You know how to listen first, then offer solutions
โ€ข You are credible, proactive, and relationship-driven
โ€ข You take pride in representing a strong brand with professionalism and integrity
You might come from:
โ€ข Industrial services or construction sales
โ€ข Business development
โ€ข Operations or project-based environments
โ€ข Energy, manufacturing, or EPC-related industries

โ€ข Communicate Total-Western's capabilities and value proposition clearly
โ€ข Serve as a trusted point of contact during early sales engagements
Collaborate Internally
โ€ข Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering teams
โ€ข Support proposal development, presentations, and pre-bid activities
โ€ข Share market intelligence and client insights to strengthen positioning
Manage Pipeline & CRM
โ€ข Maintain accurate records of prospect activity and opportunities
โ€ข Track pipeline progress and support forecasting and planning

โ€ข Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
โ€ข Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
โ€ข Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
Work Environment
โ€ข Remote role with significant field engagement
โ€ข Travel required within the Western U.S. for client meetings, job sites, and industry events
