As a Sales Assistantyou will have the opportunity to provide solutions to construction professionals that will ensure their commercial facilities are non-structurally safe and sound. This is an excellent opportunity to be at the forefront of a unique industry and to work on high visibility projects. Our target industries include Hospitals, Biotech, Microelectronic, Military/Government and large-scale General Commercial construction. This position will be responsible for daily sales calls to contractor’s offices and job sites to provide product demonstrations and to and continue sales growth. ISAT also provides in-house training for our sales representatives on a continuous basis and growth potential is unlimited within our rapidly expanding company.

 

ABOUT US: 

Acts as the primary Administrative support to the Executive Sales Management (ESM) and Sales Team, working directly for the Director of Operations provide the support and tools to enhance and grow ISAT Sales.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES 

  • Provide the day-to-day administrative support for the ESM and VP.
  • Develop an Overview weekly/daily follow-up action items required.
  • Create and store all ESM quotes, maintain quote log.
  • Develop Reporting Tools to enhance the Sales Overview within ISAT Sales for ESM and VP.
  • Follow-up on all ESM Invoicing topics.
  • Manage Customer Visits and follow up on action items as needed from customer visits.
  • Manage the Accounts Receivable needs with ESM Accounts.
  • Help with marketing materials as needed.
  • Support ESM and Sales Managers with their requests for information, customer forms etc.
  • Arrange Meetings and set-up conference calls as needed (Business Meetings).
  • Update monthly sales reports as needed.
  • Arrange Travel and Expense Reports for ESM as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Complete other related duties as assigned by Office and Senior Management.
  • Manage all Engineering Department job files.
  • Assist Detailing Manager with the management of project document control and other related functions as needed.

  • Assist ISAT Branch Managers with functions requested.
