Job description

We are seeking a seasoned professional for a senior-level role leading complex, large-scale construction projects across North America. This position emphasizes strategic planning, team leadership, and program-level direction. The successful candidate will oversee a diverse range of projects including new builds, retrofits, expansions, and program initiatives from site selection through contract execution.

Responsibilities encompass all aspects of project delivery, requiring expertise in construction management, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at senior levels. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project parameters, including scope, budget, and scheduling, while providing strategic direction and effectively managing and communicating potential risks.
As the project manager, you will lead all pre-construction and construction phases, expertly managing planning, design, budgets, and schedules while orchestrating stakeholder collaboration and driving successful project delivery from inception through closeout.
This role requires up to 60% travel and availability to work from a corporate office when not traveling

Candidates should either live near or be willing to relocate within a reasonable commuting distance of the office. Relocation assistance may be provided.
