Job description

KALCON is seeking an experienced QAQC Manager with 5-10+ years of construction experience and a strong background leading quality assurance programs on complex construction projects, preferably within mission critical or data center environments. As an Owner's Representative, this individual will oversee project quality processes, lead inspections and audits, manage punch list activities, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate has experience with quality management systems, commissioning, and MEP coordination, possesses excellent communication and leadership skills, and is willing to travel up to 50% to support multiple project sites.
