Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of project scheduling and budgeting. This role requires hands-on experience in managing construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Duties

  • Supervise daily operations on the construction site to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Utilize construction management software such as BuilderTrend for effective project scheduling and tracking.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols (OSHA compliance).
  • Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure all specifications are met.
  • Manage project budgets and perform construction estimating to maintain financial accountability.
