POSITION SUMMARY:
Project Engineers support project teams in planning, coordinating and delivering construction projects. This entry-level role works closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to gain hands-on experience across budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, documentation, safety and closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project budgets, estimates, schedules, procurement and subcontractor coordination.
  • Assist with project documentation, meetings, quality control, safety and issue resolution.
  • Help monitor costs, forecast project performance and support closeout activities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors and internal project teams.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
  • 0-5 years of construction or general contractor experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
