They supervise construction workers, consult architects and engineers, create budgets, order supplies, and work with government officials to make sure buildings and structures meet city, state and federal codes. Specific duties include:



  • Leading construction progress meetings

  • Overseeing design development

  • Preparing and managing project budget and schedule

  • Reviewing schedules
