This individual will assist in managing schedules, budgets, procurement activities, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation to help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their project management team and support the successful execution of commercial construction projects. Description Coordinate construction project schedules, resources, and budgets to meet project goals. Assist with on-site management and oversee daily operations to ensure project progress. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to address project needs. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all sites. Prepare and review project documentation to track milestones and key deliverables. Support problem-solving efforts to address challenges and keep projects on track.
