Schell Brothers Nashville Division is looking for an experienced, energetic, and positive Construction Manager who wants to help build our customer’s dream home.

While we are newer to the Nashville area, we have 20 years of proven success in Delaware and Richmond, VA. Our mission is to bring happiness to ourselves and our homeowners by not only creating exceptional homes and communities but also providing an extraordinary home buying experience. Our employees are passionate about their jobs and believe in happiness, positivity and collaborating with others.

Instead of being stuck in an office all day, Construction Managers (CMs) get to be outside on the construction site interacting with both our homeowners and trade partners.

At Schell Brothers, we work hard but also get to enjoy sweet perks like unlimited time off, medical benefits, and employee appreciation events. We also pay our CMs a competitive salary with the potential of a quarterly production bonus.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED

· Minimum of four years related experience including but not limited to construction management or project management

· Valid driver's license

· Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.

· Proficient with MS Office Products

· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Civil/Structural Engineering
