Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential construction, remodeling, painting, roofing, siding, and repair projects. This role is responsible for coordinating field operations, managing schedules, supervising subcontractors and crews, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple construction and renovation projects from start to completion.

  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and inspections.

  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, materials, and overall progress.

  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding project updates and expectations.

  • Identify scope changes, project risks, and potential delays while implementing solutions.

  • Conduct quality control inspections and ensure projects meet company standards.

  • Maintain project documentation, including photos, reports, and change orders.
