Job description

Job Opening Construction Project Manager

Plan, schedule, and execute construction works from conceptual development to project close‑out. Coordinate with subcontractors and team members to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. Monitor budgets, control costs, billing, manage variations and change orders with producing cost tracking reports. Procure and manage materials, equipment, and vendors, ensuring quality, and timely delivery. Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and authorities to resolve technical issues. Prepare project’s Master and other schedules. Track progress, prepare field reports, progress reports, method of procedures, shop drawings, as‑built documentation and project close out.

Salary is $135,500/Year

Requirements

Master’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering required. Require two years of experience in a position involving both 1) monitor architectural or construction projects; and 2) prepare architectural or construction drawings.
