Construction Project Manager – Bay Area (Livermore, CA)About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have experience managing project schedules, budgets, field operations, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Monitor project costs and ensure projects remain within budget.
  • Coordinate with Project Engineers, Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Prepare and manage monthly billing, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to internal teams and clients.
  • Attend jobsite meetings and ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • 2–4+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
  • Experience managing projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and change order management.
  • Experience working with General Contractors and/or Subcontractors.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and construction project management software.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience with Caltrans or California Public Works projects.
  • Experience in Traffic Control, Low-Voltage Electrical, or Infrastructure projects.
