We are seeking a high-performing leader who thrives in technically complex environments and can successfully deliver projects from preconstruction through closeout. This position requires someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage work in both highly regulated and, at times, occupied environments.

Position Overview

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects across multiple markets, with a focus on advanced manufacturing and healthcare-related construction. This includes oversight of project teams, client relationships, budgets, schedules, and overall project execution.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have successfully led multiple construction projects from start to finish within semiconductor, microelectronics, advanced technology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare environments
  • Bring experience managing complex MEP systems, including installation, startup, and commissioning
  • Be capable of leading projects in regulated environments, including those requiring strict adherence to codes, quality standards, and safety protocols
  • Have experience working in occupied or sensitive environments, with the ability to plan and execute phased construction while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations
  • Understand and implement best practices related to infection control, containment, and site logistics when working in healthcare or similar environments
  • Be able to build strong relationships with owners, stakeholders, and end users, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded
  • Lead and develop project teams while maintaining accountability, performance, and collaboration across all phases of construction

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through turnover
  • Oversee budgeting, scheduling (CPM), subcontractor management, and contract administration
  • Coordinate with design teams, engineers, and field leadership to ensure project success
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations
  • Lead planning efforts for phased construction and work in occupied spaces, where applicable
  • Support commissioning activities and ensure systems are fully operational at project completion
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager II or 10+ years of progressive construction management experience
  • Extensive experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or healthcare construction environments
  • Experience working on projects requiring high levels of coordination, technical complexity, and regulatory compliance
  • Familiarity with healthcare construction standards (e.g., infection control protocols, phased renovation) is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
  • Strong understanding of cost control, estimating, and project financials
  • Experience with CPM scheduling preferred
