  • Strong Company Culture: Be part of a collaborative, family-owned organization known for its hands-on leadership, employee retention, and team-oriented environment.
  • Stable, Financially Strong Contractor: Backed by a substantial backlog, strong bonding capacity, and decades of successful heavy civil project delivery across Texas.
  • Exposure & Development: Gain hands-on experience across field operations, project controls, scheduling, cost management, and project execution on complex infrastructure projects.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and team-oriented construction professional with experience supporting large-scale heavy civil infrastructure projects and a strong desire to continue developing within the TxDOT and municipal construction market.

This individual will bring a collaborative mindset, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn within a fast-paced project environment. Cultural fit is extremely important, as the company values teamwork, communication, accountability, and long-term employee development within a close-knit, family-oriented organization.
