Job description

Title: Program Analyst
Pay : $ 40-45/Hr
Hours: M-F 8-5
Partially Remote (Tue-Th) 3 days on site
Location: One Microsoft Waym, Redmond WA 
Day to day tasks | Responsibilities
- Coordinate EV charging projects, including tracking progress, timelines, and deliverables
- Support daily EV charging operations by monitoring performance and addressing basic issues
- Assist in operations activities such as data tracking, reporting, and coordination with vendors
- Provide project management support for planning and EV charger
- Manage and prioritize multiple administrative and coordination tasks across projects
- Engage and communicate with multiple stakeholders (internal teams, vendors, and clients) to ensure alignment
- Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and reports for ongoing initiatives
- Identify and escalate risks, delays, or issues impacting timelines
Software / Technical Skills
- Proficient in basic computer operations and digital tools
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (navigating spreadsheets, data tracking, analysis)
- Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations and reports
- Ability to efficiently navigate and interpret Excel spreadsheets
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot for productivity and task support
Education: At least GED
Years of Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience, with a background in data, EV charging infrastructure, or sustainability initiatives preferred.
Interview Process: 1 virtual
Summary:
As a Program Analyst, you will be responsible for the preparation, evaluation, and presentation of research results for projects overseen by the team.
This role will be part of the Transportation team, supporting the following functions:
1. EV charging operations
2. Fleet operations
3. Planning and install project support
