This role is ideal for a highly organized and adaptable design professional with strong communication skills, a solid foundation in production, and a desire to grow into a future project management role.

As Project Coordinator, you will contribute directly to the success of each project through hands-on work in drafting, modeling, construction document production, and construction administration support. Support multiple projects and project managers across all phases of design and documentation.

  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal team members, design consultants, and clients.
  • Assist in the production of high-quality construction documents (CDs), including drafting, modeling, and detailing.
  • Participate in the development of design details and ensure alignment with firm standards.
  • Contribute to fast-paced project deliveries by maintaining accuracy, organization, and efficiency.
  • Support the construction administration (CA) process, including:
    • Responding to RFIs
    • Reviewing submittals
    • Conducting site visits and punch walks
    • Preparing site visit reports
  • Uphold company design standards across all assigned tasks.
  • Utilize Revit for project documentation, with a strong preference for experience in BIM 360 and cloud-based model collaboration.
  • Adapt to evolving client needs and project directions with a flexible, team-oriented mindset.
  • Show initiative and commitment to professional growth with the goal of progressing into a Project Manager role.

Professional degree in Architecture required.

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional architectural experience in a design firm environment.
  • Proven experience supporting multiple projects in fast-paced delivery settings.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit; with a minimum of 5 years of production experience required.
  • Experience working in BIM 360 or similar cloud-based collaboration platforms preferred.
  • Solid understanding of construction documentation and detailing.
  • Familiarity with construction administration tasks, including RFIs, submittal reviews, site visits, and punch walks.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and clients.
  • Highly adaptable and able to respond to changing project directions and client needs.
  • Demonstrated commitment to upholding design and documentation standards.
  • Motivated to grow professionally with the goal of transitioning into a Project Manager role.
