Our Servpro Team is seeking a full-time Construction Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Servpro provides expert construction services from repairs to full rebuilds. We are seeking a coordinator to work alongside our Project Manager to deliver excellent customer service throughout the lifecycle of the project.


JOB DESCRIPTION

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Project and Client Coordination skills- Will be scheduling initial site visits for Project Manager and serve as the primary point of contact for customers through the stages of the reconstruction project.
Administrative and Contract Support- Will be responsible for preparing, sending, and tracking contracts and authorizing documents to our customers.
Ensuring all required paperwork is completed, signed, and properly filed.
Will be expected to maintain organized digital job files (estimates, photos, communications, and insurance documents).
Insurance and Adjuster Communication- Responsible for communication with insurance adjusters and sending documentation on behalf of the Construction Project Manager (estimates, photos, invoices etc.).
Estimate and Xactimate Support- Review Xactimate estimates at the basic level to understand the scope of work for the construction project.
Scheduling and Workflow Management- Responsible for monitoring project timelines and help ensure key milestones are met.
Internal team support -Will function as a liaison between office staff, field team, and Construction. Will assist with job tracking, budgeting, updates, and internal reporting.
Must Haves:

Experience working in the customer service field.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic Microsoft office skills
Strong organizational skills and multitasking skills


Preferred skills:

Familiarity with Xactimate
Basic understanding of construction/restoration process

Hourly Rate: $20.00 $ 22.00 an hour based on experience.
Work hours: Monday Friday 9am- 5pm
