  • Support business development initiatives and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Mentor and develop future Project Managers and operational leaders.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, staffing, and operational decisions.
  • Drive project success while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction and team performance.

  • Proven success leading projects ranging from $75M-$300M+ in value.
  • Strong expertise in preconstruction, budgeting, buyout, scheduling, forecasting, contract administration, and project controls.
  • Experience overseeing multiple Project Managers, Project Engineers, and project teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from entitlement and preconstruction through turnover and warranty.
  • Strong client-facing experience working directly with developers, ownership groups, architects, consultants, and executive stakeholders.

  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, and related construction management platforms.

Preferred:

  • Design-Build and GMP project delivery experience.
  • Previous experience with nationally recognized multifamily general contractors or top regional builders.
