- Develop and maintain owner, service, and vendor relationships. Act as the primary point of contact between the company, clients, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and any issues or concerns.
- Supervise and direct on-site personnel, including operators, laborers, subcontractors and vendors. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and compliance with company standards.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any potential hazards promptly.
- Monitor work quality and adherence to project plans and specifications. Implement corrective actions as needed to address deficiencies.
- Maintain and ensure consistent and accurate field reporting including daily reports, extra work orders, safety logs, and incident reports. Be able to identify and track additional work beyond scope.
