Are you a skilled Millwright looking to take your career to the next level? Heitkamp Construction Inc is seeking a talented Maintenance Manager to join our team as a Millwright Superintendent in Wahpeton, ND. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment on our construction projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Millwrights in performing installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment
  • The Ability to Manage the crew and the tasks for the day
  • Correspond with the Customer to get the tasks done in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with project managers to schedule maintenance and repairs
  • Train and mentor junior maintenance staff
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
  • 18+ years of age - No Exceptions
  • Driver's license or transportation to/from work
  • Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and Self Starting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
