What You'll Do
As Construction Manager, you will provide leadership and oversight for industrial construction and maintenance projects while managing customer relationships, operational performance, and business development efforts within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the successful execution of construction, outage, maintenance, and service projects
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contract requirements
- Interpret, communicate, and administer contract terms and conditions
- Manage project financial performance, including profit and loss accountability
- Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities within utility and industrial markets
- Monitor project change management processes and ensure appropriate documentation and recovery
- Review and approve project execution plans and staffing strategies
- Provide leadership and support for critical project issues and escalations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and labor organizations
- Communicate significant project developments and business risks to leadership
- Drive compliance with company policies, safety programs, and ethical business practices
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain construction and project management talent
- Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement
- Represent management in labor relations activities, collective bargaining discussions, and union-related matters
QualificationsRequired Experience
- 8+ years of industrial construction, maintenance, or project execution experience
- 5+ years of leadership or management experience
- Experience managing multiple projects, customers, and field teams simultaneously
- Strong understanding of project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Experience working with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and labor organizations
- Hands-on experience with industrial boilers and related equipment

Travel & Work Environment
This position requires regular onsite presence at project locations and travel throughout the assigned region. The ideal candidate enjoys working in the field, engaging directly with customers and project teams, and leading from the front.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Napa, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
