Job description

We are a busy construction firm and are always hiring dedicated construction professionals to join our team. You will be responsible for fencing projects (wood, metal and chain link) and general construction duties as needed.

To do well in this role you should be physically fit, reliable, be a self starter and a hard worker.


Construction Laborer Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the standards, practices, materials, tools and equipment used for the assembly and installation of wood, metal and chain link fence.
  • Fencing projects and also general construction duties as needed.
  • Communicate effectively and appropriately with co-workers, supervisors and the general public.
  • Load or unload fencing materials and equipment.
  • Receive daily specific instructions from Project Manager or General Manager.
  • Notify the Project Manager or General Manager when conditions on the job change causing a variation to previous instruction. (Approval should be received before adjusting plans)
  • Follow safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.


Construction Laborer Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in fencing installation.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must have experience in the construction industry.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to lift at least 80 lbs. unassisted and do other strenuous physical tasks.
  • Ability to work in all weather.
  • Workers must be punctual and reliable.
  • Be a self starter with integrity and professionalism.
