Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have construction experience, be responsible for a variety of tasks on active job sites, including preparing work areas, operating tools and equipment, loading/unloading materials, and supporting other tradespeople as needed. This is a hands-on role requiring physical stamina and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform installations of products and systems according to specifications and guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of completed installations to verify quality and compliance with safety standards.
  • Perform physical labor on construction sites including demolition, excavation, and material handling
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including any materials used and time spent on each project.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while on the job site.

Requirements
