We've been delivering exceptional results for 17 years and we're growing. We run tight, professional job sites and take pride in the quality of our work and the experience we create for our clients.

The Role We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Construction Helper to support our Lead Carpenters on active job sites - this is a full-time position with room to grow for the right person.

What You'll Do

  • Support Lead Carpenters on high-end residential remodeling projects
  • Assist with demolition, cleanup, and site organization
  • Learn to run base, trim, and other finish carpentry tasks
  • Run materials to job sites including Home Depot and supplier pickups
  • Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized at all times
  • Take direction well and communicate clearly with the team

What We're Looking For

  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle — required
  • Some construction or trades experience preferred but not required
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day
