We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Construction Manager to oversee tenant buildout projects in Northern Virginia. This role involves preparing estimates and budgets, managing subcontractors and vendors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of tenant buildout projects from start to finish.
- Prepare detailed estimates and budgets.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
