  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and other project management software.
  • Support project scheduling by updating and maintaining construction schedules.
  • Coordinate material orders, purchase requests, shop drawings, and submittals.
  • Help monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts, and progress throughout construction.

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Internship or entry-level experience in heavy civil, highway, or site development construction is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in both an office and active construction site environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with scheduling and construction management software is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work outdoors and travel to project sites as needed.

What You'll Find in This Role

  • Exposure to large-scale infrastructure and heavy civil projects.
  • Mentorship from experienced project engineers and construction professionals.
  • Opportunities to develop technical, field, and project management skills.
  • A collaborative team environment with room for long-term career growth.
