We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pool Construction Coordinator specializing in both renovations and new pool constructions. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of pool projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, budget parameters, and project timelines. Your expertise will drive seamless communication between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovative pool projects and contribute to transforming outdoor spaces with precision and professionalism.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all phases of pool construction projects, including renovations and new builds, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
  • Develop detailed project schedules using scheduling software to track progress and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Collaborate with clients, employees and subcontractors to establish project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
  • Utilize construction management software to streamline documentation, communication, and workflow processes.
  • Prepare accurate construction estimates by leveraging construction estimating techniques and analyzing plans and specifications.
  • Manage project costs through diligent cost management practices, including tracking expenses and analyzing Excel data for cost control.
  • Oversee construction site activities to ensure compliance with plans, contracts, and safety regulations while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Facilitate project meetings to ensure clear communication among all stakeholders regarding progress updates and upcoming tasks.


Skills

  • Experience with construction site management in the pool industry or civil engineering project management environment.
