We are currently accepting applications for Laborer Co-Ops wanting to pursue a career in construction. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of commercial construction and remodeling practices as well as a general understanding of procedures, techniques, tools, equipment, materials, specifications, quality and cost control measures and safety requirements associated with commercial building.

What You Will Do:
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Communicate effectively with crew.
  • Assist with general labor tasks such as site cleanup, material handling, and basic power tool operation.
  • Support skilled tradespeople by preparing tools, materials and work areas.

What You Will Bring:
  • Currently enrolled in high school, at least 16 years of age.
  • Interested in construction, engineering or skilled trades.
  • Ability to work in a physical, outdoor environment (lift, carry, stand, bend, etc.)
  • Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and learning.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
