Position Summary

Omni Special Services is seeking hardworking, safety-focused Cleaning Technicians to provide high-quality cleaning services on active construction sites, newly completed facilities, and commercial properties throughout the Houston area.

This role is responsible for performing detailed interior and exterior cleaning tasks that prepare buildings for occupancy, support construction operations, and maintain clean, safe, and professional environments for clients, contractors, employees, and visitors. Construction Cleaning Technicians work independently and as part of a team to remove construction debris, perform final cleaning services, and ensure all assigned areas meet company quality standards and client expectations.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working in construction environments, and committed to safety and quality workmanship.

Key ResponsibilitiesConstruction & Commercial Cleaning
  • Perform routine, deep, and final-cleaning services within commercial buildings and active construction sites.

  • Remove construction dust, dirt, debris, stickers, labels, and protective coverings from interior and exterior surfaces.

  • Clean and polish windows, mirrors, glass partitions, fixtures, appliances, and other finished surfaces.

  • Vacuum carpets, sweep floors, and mop hard surfaces to remove dust and construction residue.

  • Clean walls, doors, baseboards, trim, handrails, and other architectural finishes.

  • Deep-clean restrooms, breakrooms, kitchens, common areas, and office spaces.

Exterior & Jobsite Cleaning

  • Clean exterior windows, storefronts, signage, fencing, and temporary structures.

  • Assist in maintaining organized, hazard-free work areas throughout construction projects.

  • Ensure exterior areas are clean, safe, and ready for owner, tenant, or client turnover.

Safety & Equipment
  • Follow all company policies, site-specific requirements, and OSHA safety practices.

  • Properly use and maintain cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals.

  • Wear and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • Report safety concerns, damaged equipment, and maintenance issues promptly.

  • Maintain inventory awareness and communicate material or supply needs to supervisors.

Required Qualifications
