Office Assistant Job Description

Summary : At Curbco, we require a Humble, Hungry, and Smart Office Assistant. The Office Assistant will be outgoing, positive, and professional. They will be the face and voice of Curbco for all visitors. They will direct calls and walk-in visitors as needed per our company procedures.

Reports to: Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities & Task

  • Welcome visitors either in person or by phone and direct them as needed
  • Assist with office tasks including filing, scanning, and keeping office supplies in stock
  • Take any payments from customers via paypal, cash, or check.
  • Keep track of all announcements, birthdays, and work anniversaries
  • Support Accounting in invoice payments and collection accounts
  • Help maintain account and contact records in CRM
  • Manage the weekly office cleaning service and ensures all tasks are being completed well
  • Assist CSM with reports and projects

**Qualifications & Skills **

  • High School Diploma
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong professional phone etiquette and friendly face-to-face interaction
  • Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Strong CRM and spreadsheet skills preferred
  • Bilingual preferred
