Job Summary:

Omni Special Services is searching for hardworking and safety-focused Construction Cleaning Technicians to join our commercial cleaning team. This position is responsible for performing detailed interior and exterior cleaning services on active and newly completed construction sites. The role is crucial in preparing buildings for occupancy by ensuring they are clean, safe, and presentable.

Key Responsibilities:

Interior Construction Cleaning:

  • Remove dust, debris, stickers, and protective coverings from all surfaces.

  • Clean and polish interior glass, mirrors, fixtures, and appliances.

  • Vacuum carpets and mop hard flooring to remove construction dust and residue.

  • Wipe down walls, baseboards, doors, and trim.

  • Deep-clean restrooms, kitchens, and other facility areas.

  • Clean light fixtures, air vents, and other overhead features.

  • Ensure final presentation of interior spaces meets client and safety standards.

Exterior Construction Cleaning:

  • Pick up debris and dispose of construction waste in designated containers.

  • Clean exterior windows and frames.

  • Sweep and maintain clean parking lots, driveways, and jobsite perimeters.

  • Assist with cleaning exterior signage, fencing, and temporary structures.

  • Ensure all outdoor areas are free of hazards and visually presentable.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in construction cleaning or commercial janitorial work preferred.

  • Familiarity with construction environments and jobsite safety protocols (PPE required).

  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
