The Bookkeeper Assistant will support the Controller with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, job costing, payroll support, bank reconciliations, financial recordkeeping, and general administrative accounting duties. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
  • Construction accounting experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
