Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and presentability of the buildingย 
  • Common Area Maintenance (lobbies, hallways, waiting rooms, and break rooms)
  • Restroom Upkeep (periodically checking restrooms throughout day to clean, restock, and remove trash)
  • Clinical Suite (trash removal, restroom cleaning,ย restocking supplies, removing and transporting biological waste)
  • Rapid Response (handling spills, overflowing trash, or other cleanings to ensure a safe, hazard-free environment)
  • Sanitization (wiping down frequently touched objects like chairs, doorknobs, elevator buttons, etc to promote hygiene)
  • Exterior Building Maintenance (maintaining cleanliness of parking lot areas and at entrances/exits)

  • 3 Years Experience (Preferred)
