Carolina Energy Conservation of Myrtle Beach, SC is looking to hire a full-time Construction Crew Lead / Foreman to guide and lead a crew of 3 people on job sites with attic and insulation projects. This essential Construction Crew Lead / Foreman position earns a competitive base salary resulting in $60,000 - $90,000 /year. Additionally, if all requirements are met, this position is eligible for incentives, including 10% of upsells and 10% of all volume over 11k, as well as bonus opportunities at a 70/30 split! As one of our essential Construction Crew Leads / Foremen, you approach each day with dedication and commitment to help manage and support a crew of 3 people while overseeing attic and insulation construction, repair and service. The crew Lead will be leading and helping with the job as they are not a go between with the homeowners. You approach your role with honesty and integrity, and strive to keep jobs running smoothly and on time. You provide exceptional leadership that allows your crew to feel supported and motivated to be on top of their game!

In addition to leading your crew, you travel to different job sites to oversee job production. You openly communicate with customers and take advantage of every interaction to provide individualized service, potentially upsell jobs, and seek to ensure complete client satisfaction! You take full responsibility for the success of our jobs, and you make it your mission to emulate our company values while motivating your team to provide the best service and workmanship every time!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of construction experience
  • Construction management or leadership experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 2-4 hours away to jobs
  • Valid driver's license
  • Functioning cell phone
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to sell and upsell projects to customers
  • Ability to manage up to 3 people on a crew
