About the Role: Conrep is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by promoting its AI-powered enterprise software solutions to staffing firms, consulting companies, MSPs, and professional services organizations across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales and be skilled at managing the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and product demonstrations to contract negotiation and account expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, networking, digital marketing leads, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and proactive prospecting techniques.
  • Conduct discovery calls and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.
  • Present Conrep’s integrated solutions, including ATS, CRM, HRMS, VMS, Payroll, Accounting, and Professional Services Automation modules.
  • Understand client pain points and recommend customized technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close enterprise software deals.
  • Collaborate with implementation, customer success, and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity tracking, and activity updates within the CRM.
  • Develop relationships with C-level executives, HR leaders, recruitment managers, staffing firm owners, and decision-makers.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, webinars, and industry networking events.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging technologies to strengthen sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, ATS, HRTech, ERP, CRM, or staffing technology sales.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong experience with consultative selling and enterprise account management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to independently manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience selling Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), CRM platforms, Vendor Management Systems (VMS), or payroll solutions.
  • Familiarity with staffing and recruiting industry workflows.
  • Knowledge of enterprise SaaS subscription models and cloud-based business applications.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or similar sales platforms.
  • Established network within staffing, consulting, or professional services sectors.
