  • Document configuration changes, technical decisions, dependencies, testing results, and request resolutions.
  • Track assigned service requests from receipt through completion and maintain accurate status and labor-utilization information.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and third-party vendors during discovery, technical discussions, testing, approval, and acceptance activities.
  • Provide technical information supporting internal change-control processes and coordination with ServiceNow Support.
  • Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and Government actions affecting assigned requests and communicate potential schedule or sequencing impacts.
  • Contribute to monthly status reporting, request tracking, utilization reporting, and Task Order closeout activities.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • At least 2 years of experience supporting ServiceNow ITSM and at least one additional module or capability, such as Asset Management, HAM Pro, SAM Pro, or SPM.
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting configuration testing, quality assurance, user acceptance testing remediation, and production releases.
  • At least 2 years of experience documenting configurations, troubleshooting activities, technical decisions, and end-user procedures.
  • Current Secret, Top Secret, DOE Q, or Public Trust High Risk Tier 4 clearance

Preferred Qualifications
