ConnectWise Experience refers to expertise in using ConnectWise, a suite of software solutions designed for IT service providers and managed service providers (MSPs). This experience typically involves proficiency with tools like ConnectWise Manage, Automate, and Control, which help businesses manage client relationships, automate tasks, and provide remote support. Individuals with ConnectWise experience can streamline IT operations, improve service delivery, and enhance customer satisfaction. Employers often seek candidates with this background to ensure efficient and effective IT service management.

Arlington, VA • On-site

Full-time

Job description

FusionTek is a Managed Service Provider established in 2007, with offices located in Kirkland, WA, Federal Way, WA, Washington, DC, and Tampa, FL. Our innovative team is passionate about IT infrastructure management for small- to mid-sized businesses.

As we continue to expand our services, we are eager to find a Client Relationship Manager who embodies our core values:

  • Teamwork: We achieve our goals collaboratively.
  • Growth Mindset: We are focused on continuous improvement for our team members and our clients.
  • Integrity: We operate with transparency and prioritize the needs of our clients.
  • Ownership: We take responsibility for our work and ensure commitments are fulfilled.

As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll be the face of FusionTek for a dedicated portfolio of clients, a trusted partner they can count on. This role sits at the intersection of relationship building, service excellence, and strategic growth, giving you real ownership and impact. If you thrive on solving problems, nurturing long-term partnerships, and being a genuine advocate for the people you serve, this role was built for you!

This position is listed as Hybrid — primarily remote with occasional travel to client meetings/events. DC-Metro Area residents only.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Champion your clients — serve as their primary point of contact, ensuring they always feel heard, supported, and valued.
  • Drive retention and growth — build relationships that lead to long-term renewals and identify opportunities to expand the value FusionTek delivers.
  • Keep a pulse on account health — proactively spot risks, resolve recurring issues, and develop action plans before small problems become big ones.
  • Bridge the gap between client and company — bring client feedback to internal teams so we can continuously improve service delivery.
  • Coordinate seamlessly across teams — partner with Project Managers, Sales, and Leadership to move initiatives forward and keep clients informed.
  • Manage the details that matter — maintain accurate client documentation, account records, and technical configurations.
  • Show up where it counts — conduct virtual or onsite client visits as needed to strengthen relationships and support key moments.
