Our technology helps operators thrive while delivering unforgettable moments to travelers around the world. 

We're looking for a Connectivity Specialist to join our Distribution team. In this role, you'll help Rezdy's tour and activity operators manage their integrations with online travel agencies (OTAs) and distribution partners. The Distribution team's mission is to help our customers streamline their operations and connect seamlessly with the channels they sell through.

What you'll do:

  • Provide connectivity support to Rezdy and Checkfront customers globally, primarily in North America and Europe
  • Map products within OTA portals and liaise with representatives to complete mapping between the systems
  • Become an expert in Rezdy's top OTA integrations and what is and isn't supported with each one
  • Learn and focus on distribution-friendly product setup across Rezdy and Checkfront platforms
  • Coordinate with sales, onboarding, and technical support teams to ensure connectivity is completed on time and to the customer’s satisfaction
  • Research and explain complex technical concepts in plain language

What we're looking for:

  • 1-2 years of customer support experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team that holds a high bar for ownership
