Coffee Bar Coordinator
RUSH CREEK VISION STATEMENT: We are forerunners of the faith, united, to help people find and follow Jesus.
PURPOSE:
The coffee bar is a vital component for creating a warm, inviting environment each Sunday at the Rush Creek Green Oaks Campus. This ministry accomplishes more than delivering delicious beverages and treats to our attenders; it helps establish an atmosphere of comfort and welcome to guests and partners. Our ideal coffee bar manager understands that each cup is a gesture of love, and each person is an opportunity to bless.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Love Jesus and people
• Lead volunteers through training, scheduling, recruiting, and vision casting
• Eventually order supplies, maintain the budget, and other general administrative duties
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
• A follower of Jesus Christ and have demonstrated faith through full immersion baptism
• General barista knowledge
• The ability to relationally lead a volunteer team
• Strong organizational skills
• A heart for hospitality
Reports to: Connections Coordinator
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
