Job description

We are looking for an experienced Fenergo Configuration Consultant to join our growing Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Financial Crime transformation practice.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation, enhancement and support of Fenergo solutions across leading financial institutions, working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers and compliance teams.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience configuring Fenergo workflows, client journeys, rules, data models and onboarding processes within banking or financial services environments.

Fenergo Configuration & Delivery
  • Configure and maintain Fenergo solution 
  • Translate business requirements into Fenergo configuration and platform solutions.
  • Configure client journeys, workflow steps, business rules, validations and user interfaces.
  • Support sprint planning, configuration build activities and release management.
  • Participate in design workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Ensure configurations align with both business requirements and Fenergo best practices.

Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with Business Analysts, SMEs, Compliance teams and client stakeholders.
  • Support client demonstrations and walkthroughs of configured functionality.
  • Assist in solution design discussions and identify opportunities to leverage out-of-the-box functionality.

Testing & Quality Assurance
  • Perform unit testing of configuration changes.
  • Support SIT, UAT and production deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing and post-go-live support.
  • Ensure configuration documentation is maintained and up to date.

Continuous Improvement
  • Stay current with Fenergo product releases and new platform capabilities.
  • Contribute to internal best practices, templates and delivery methodologies.
  • Support knowledge-sharing initiatives across the consulting team.
Essential
  • 2-5+ years of hands-on FenX configuration experience.
  • Experience working on Fenergo implementation, upgrade or enhancement projects.
  • Strong understanding of: 
    • Client Lifecycle Management (CLM)
    • Client Onboarding
    • KYC/CDD processes
    • AML and Financial Crime controls
  • Experience configuring workflows, rules and client journeys within Fenergo.
  • Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into platform configurations.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English.

Desirable
  • Experience working with Tier 1 banks or large financial institutions.
  • Understanding of customer hierarchies, legal entities and ownership structures.
  • Experience with screening providers such as: 
    • World-Check
    • Dow Jones
    • LexisNexis
  • Exposure to APIs, integrations and data migration activities.
  • Knowledge of XML, XSLT, SQL or related technologies.
  • Fenergo certifications or formal training.
