Job description

Job Title: Enablon Configuration & Data Analyst
Job Location: Woodlands, TX
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

  1. Execute intermediate configuration changes in Enablon:
  2. Creating/modifying forms, fields, indicators
  3. Updating calculation rules and mapping logic
  4. Adjusting/correcting integrated and manual data entry setup
  5. Multi-sheet or multi-source data integration
  6. Validation and reconciliation across Green House Gases and Emissions Inventory datasets
  7. Calculation errors, data flow inconsistencies
  8. Field-level or module level logic issues
  9. Running emission calculations (using existing rules)
  10. Validating emissions factors, activity data, boundaries
  11. Producing draft QA/QC reports
  12. Document configuration changes and contribute to version management
  13. Provide support to end users and internal teams

Skills & Experience:

  1. 5+ years of experience with Environmental related software, workflows, and reporting
  2. Understanding of Green House Gases and Emissions Inventory environmental calculations and accounting principles:
  3. Scope 1, 2 data
  4. Activity data types: fuel, electricity, refrigerants, combustion
  5. Competency with structured troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
  6. Intermediate Excel expertise:
  7. PowerQuery or advanced functions a plus
  8. Ability to build structured documentation

Preferred:

  1. Knowledge of Enablon AQS module configurations and calculation engines, or similar software, metrics modules in Enablon
  2. Ability to translate regulatory change into system logic
  3. Strong background in enterprise system integration and data governance
