Job description

We are hiring a Warehouse Associate III - 2nd Shift


TIDI Products is seeking a Warehouse Associate III for 2nd Shift. This experienced position is responsible for utilizing a powered industrial truck to load and/or unload of trailers, receive and process paperwork accordingly for incoming or outgoing parcel orders. The position ensures proper procedures are followed and work is productive, safe, and efficient.

Essential Responsibilities:
Safety
* Is capable to safely operating any powered industrial truck and other supporting equipment within TIDI.
* Capable of participating on safety teams and proactively identifies hazards while offering suggestions to correct them
* Properly knows how to, lock in, enter, and exit a trailer following TIDI procedures
* Wears PPE as required
Quality
* Properly put a way or replenish goods utilizing the in house computer system.
* Ensure part number matches product
* Completes required training on time
* Properly and accurately pick customer orders utilizing the in house computer system
* Accurately configure pallets
* Properly and accurately load/unload incoming or outgoing orders utilizing the in house computer system
* Properly load trailer to configuration requirements
Continuous Improvement
* Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work area at all times.
* Capable of identifying continuous improvement opportunities
Production
* Move finished goods or raw materials to designated area of the plant using in house computer system utilizing powered industrial trucks
* Removes garbage and recycling from designated work areas
* Replenish pallets as needed in designated work areas
* Demonstrate and actively supports TIDI Products Core Values and Guiding Principles.
* Ability to work within a Lean Management System to drive positive changes.
* Pick customer orders accurately based off orders sheet utilizing powered industrial trucks
* Load or unload trailers as needed utilizing powered industrial trucks
* Pick and process Parcel customer orders
* Able to complete full dock functions per proper procedures
* Able to complete trailer paperwork per proper procedures
* Perform other job duties as required
Leadership
* Capable of training other associates

Education & Experience
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred;
* 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience desired
* Has experience in manufacturing or production related fields
* Computers use aptitude
