Position Overview
A cybersecurity manufacturing organization is seeking a Production Technician to support the assembly, configuration, and testing of secure hardware and software systems. This hands-on role involves working with advanced technologies in a high-assurance production environment where precision, quality, and adherence to documented procedures are critical.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble and test hardware products according to established procedures
Install and configure software based on sales order requirements
Inspect incoming materials for quality and specification compliance
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to non-conforming components
Operate and maintain test equipment, including bench-top instruments and specialized tools
Assemble and debug test boards and custom fixtures
Support installation, qualification, and maintenance of production equipment
Prepare and coordinate outbound shipments for customer orders
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and overall team objectives

Qualifications

Education
Associate degree or relevant technical training preferred

Experience
0-1 year of experience in a production or technical role
Electromechanical assembly or PCB programming experience a plus
