An established Law firm in downtown Seattle is hiring an Office Services Clerk to join their team. You will be the operational backbone of a busy professional office — keeping mail, documents, meetings, and shared spaces running smoothly with professionalism and precision.

Responsibilities

  • Process, scan, and distribute mail and packages, maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage high-volume copying, binding, and document scanning projects.
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling, setup, and catering for meetings.
  • Maintain and replenish office and mailroom supply inventory.
  • Provide backup reception coverage — phone calls, visitor greeting, and message management.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of shared office spaces.

Qualifications
