Overview

The Receptionist will be responsible for performing services provided on-site in a highly professional environment. Services provided include but are not limited to: business support services, mail, copy, print, and hospitality services, shipping and receiving, conference room services, reception, and administrative support.

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM with flexibility for additional attendance pending workloads

Location: Raleigh, NC

Responsibilities

The Receptionist will be responsible performing business support services, mail, copy, print, and hospitality services, shipping and receiving, conference room services, reception, and administrative support. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Scanning and delivering packages
  • Tasks as assigned
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED and legal US authorization to work for any employer
  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks; capable of lifting up to 55 pounds
  • MS Office Suite skills; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
