We're looking for an experienced and service-focused Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our full-service hotel. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, develops high-performing teams, and is passionate about hospitality.


Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other operational departments as assigned.

  • Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining high standards of hospitality and responding promptly to guest concerns.

  • Partner with department leaders to achieve operational, financial, and guest satisfaction goals.

  • Monitor labor costs, scheduling, productivity, and departmental expenses.

  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.

  • Coach, mentor, and develop department managers and team members to foster engagement and accountability.

  • Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and all federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Analyze operational reports and implement strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

  • Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as scheduled, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hotel management experience in a full-service hotel preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
